In consideration of us allowing you to access the pages of the Motor TradeBook web site you are deemed to accept the following terms and conditions of use: 1) We grant permission to use the Motor TradeBook web site solely for your own personal, commercial use 2) Data and content may not be copied or reproduced in any medium other than for your own use You understand the information contained within our web site is only for informational purposes. The material on the Website does not constitute advice and you should not rely on any material on the web site to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action based in whole or part on material on our web site. You will not use the site to: Post, upload, email or carry out other transmission of any material, the publication, dissemination, use or possession of which infringes the rights of any person or which is unlawful in any other respect Download content from our web site to create or populate a database, or contact advertisers for commercial reasons Transmit or re-circulate content or images obtained from this site to a third party When placing information you grant Motor TradeBook non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to display any material you supply. If you are under 18, you agree that you are accessing the site with full parental/guardian consent. We can not guarantee content on the Motor TradeBook web site is free from errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We therefore exclude all liability and responsibility for any damages including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential damages, damages for loss of opportunity or chance, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits in connection with any information on the Motor TradeBook web site. Motor TradeBook displays adverts provided by third parties. Motor TradeBook is not part of any transaction(s) you make. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the site is free from virus or other similar code, we make no warranty that it is free from viruses and users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient virus protection installed on all equipment connected to the internet. We exclude all liability and responsibility for viruses or other code, files etc that cause any problems directly or indirectly as a result of the use of our web site. All terms of this agreement are independent and should any be deemed unenforceable for any reason, the others shall remain. This agreement and any disputes are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales. We may provide links to other websites or services for you to access. Payment As a subscriber to Motor TradeBook, you will recieve free access. you may cancel your subscription to the Motor TradeBook service at any time. Cancellation requests can be completed online through the 'Settings' section of the website. Immediately upon requesting cancelation, your access to Motor TradeBook will be stopped. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, for any or no reason whatsoever. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions. If we terminate your use of our service as a result of a breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions, such termination would be immediate and without notice. If we terminate your use of our service for any other reason or no given reason, then we would give you 30 days notice of termination. On signup if you accept the 'Terms of Service' you are allowing your member profiles to be used in Emails marketing to automotive related companies to join Motor TradeBook - If you do not want this exposure, on request we will make sure that specific profiles are not used (send an Email to optout@motortradebook.com).
